GREAT MIDWEST HORSE SHOW REFUNDS
A 20% Office Charge will be deducted on any Refunds.
Doctors or Veterinarians certificates must be in the hands of the Show Secretary by October 9, 2011. Unless other arrangements have been made.

Refunds will be sent in the mail. $20.00 charge on any NSF checks written.

High point circuit awards given for each breed in youth, open,and amateur
owner/non-pro divisions.

All out of state horses must have negative coggins test.

NO STALLS RESERVED UNLESS PAID FOR.
ALL HORSES MUST HAVE STALLS.
